Lava surfaces

Forest covered with lava from Pu'u 'O'o ... Highway to the lava... Sacred Halema'u ma'u crater inside the Kilauea caldera. Offerings to geoddess Pele are being made here by Hawaiian (flowers next to a block, ejected during the 1924 expolsive eruptions of Halema'u ma'u) Frozen spatter.
